The subject of the procurement is an electronic staff benefit payment service, through which employees can pay for, use and manage benefits offered by the employer via a mobile application. The desired payment service system is described in more detail in Annex 5. Service Description. The staff benefit payment and management service is procured as a comprehensive service, the pricing of which is based on usage, i.e. completed purchases. The payment service system is an employer-provided staff benefit, through which employees can utilise benefits granted to them (sports and cultural, massage, commuting and health benefits) electronically. The health benefit must cover dental care and medical services. The offered system must be integrated with the Raisio City payroll system (Personec F2). The procurement concerns approximately 1,000 individuals. The amount of the benefit granted by the employer is 100 €/person. The service must be available to the basic user in Finnish, Swedish and English. The procurement contract is made for the period 1.1.2027-31.12.2027 + option one (1) year. The purchaser notifies of the possible use of the option by 30.09.2027. The procurement contract is negotiated together with the supplier. This is a procurement exceeding the national threshold. The purchaser does not commit to specific order quantities in advance.
