The target of this dynamic purchasing system (DPS) is cloud services and related expert services for Hansel Oy's customers. The target of the DPS is described in more detail in the invitation to participate and its attachments, especially in the attachment "Target of the Dynamic Purchasing System". During the validity period of the DPS, all interested candidates may submit an application to participate. The DPS is valid until the date stated in the procurement notice, unless it is terminated or its duration is changed while the DPS is in force. Hansel Oy's customers carry out procurements between candidates approved for the DPS with internal competitions, which may take place throughout the procurement phase of the DPS. The procurement phase of the DPS begins after the establishment phase on 15.10.2026 and ends when the validity period of the DPS ends. Procurement contracts made by customers based on the DPS may be valid for a maximum of five (5) years. The estimated total value of the dynamic purchasing system is a maximum of 340,000,000 euros (excluding VAT). The value stated in the procurement notice under "Estimated total value excluding VAT" (TED BT-27: Estimated value) is the estimated maximum value of the dynamic purchasing system. Customers may use electronic auctioning in internal competitions.
