Poland – Architectural design services – Budowa Szpitala na potrzeby oddziałów psychiatrycznych i rehabilitacyjnych dla dzieci i młodzieży w Zagórzu wraz z niezbędną infrastrukturą – etap I dokumentacja

The subject of the procurement is: 1) the execution of a comprehensive, multi-disciplinary design and cost documentation, enabling the contracting authority to implement the investment titled: "Construction of a Hospital for the Needs of Paediatric and Adolescent Psychiatric and Rehabilitation Departments in Zagórz with the Necessary Infrastructure – Stage I Documentation" along with obtaining the final building permit. 2) the provision of author's supervision. The contracting authority envisages the possibility of awarding similar contracts, involving the repetition of similar design services related to the subject of the main contract, particularly in the scope of additional design works, analyses, expert opinions, surveys, agreements, and other design works directly related to the preparation and implementation of the investment. The estimated value of similar contracts is up to 650 000,00 PLN net. Similar contracts may be awarded under the terms set out in the Public Procurement Law.
