The contracting authority intends to continue its own-risk bearing for the WGA as of 1 January 2027. The contract will be awarded to the most suitable party and the resulting grant of an agreement. The assessment of the registrations will take place on the basis of the award criterion best price-quality ratio (BPKV). This criterion is further described in this tender. The contracting authority is the own-risk bearer for the Ziektewet. The contracting authority intends to remain the own-risk bearer for the Ziektewet during the own-risk bearing for the WGA. The contracting authority had 1,037 employed workers in 2025. The total expected WIA annual salary sum of the contracting authority in 2025 amounts to €49,684,435. The actual size of the contract is known after the final premium statement WGA insurance.
