The subject of the framework agreement to be concluded is: DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL PASSENGER AIR TRANSPORT SERVICES FOR PROFESSIONAL PURPOSES: LOT 1 - Air tickets for external travel; LOT 2 - Air tickets for internal travel, for dignitaries, senior public officials, employees and/or delegates of the Ministry of Transport, Infrastructure, and Communications, in accordance with the requirements requested in the terms of reference. The procurement of occasional passenger air transport services for external routes, economy/business class, in compliance with the provisions of Government Decree no. 518/1995 - regarding certain rights and obligations of Romanian personnel sent abroad to carry out temporary missions, with subsequent amendments and additions, relating to overseas travel, in the interest of service, of employees. The procurement of occasional passenger air transport services for internal routes, economy/business class, necessary for participation in various national events of the ministry's personnel - dignitaries, travel within the framework of projects financed from non-repayable European funds, control actions, etc. Provision of professional air transport services, for travel of delegations and representatives of the Ministry of Transport, Infrastructure, and Communications. Provision of related services.
