The subject of the procurement is the purchase as a service (SaaS) of a digital self-monitoring system for catering services, including the system's commissioning, necessary measuring devices, equipment rental, installations, training, and a contract for continuous use and support during the contract period. The digital self-monitoring system for catering services is a key tool for food safety, risk management, and hygiene management, supporting the statutory self-monitoring, documentation of self-monitoring, and real-time monitoring of operations. The system is suitable for the needs of various professional kitchens and their ancillary facilities. The system enables temperature measurements and surface cleanliness measurements carried out in catering services, as well as the automatic recording, documentation, and reporting of their results. Tuomi Logistiikka Oy is procuring the purchase on behalf of Pirkanmaan Voimia Oy and Sastamalan Ruoka- ja Puhtauspalvelut Oy. The procurement will be carried out as a purchasing consortium, of which Pirkanmaan Voimia Oy and Sastamalan Ruoka- ja Puhtauspalvelut Oy are members. The purchasing consortium will select one common Supplier, with whom both members of the consortium will make their own contracts.
