Tender for the execution of energy labelling as well as technical registration and condition assessment for Ringkøbing-Skjern Municipality (hereinafter referred to as the contracting authority). Energy labelling of buildings owned by the contracting authority and subject to requirements for regular energy labelling or requirements for energy labelling upon sale or lease. The preparation of the energy labelling shall provide the contracting authority with a fair overview of the energy status of the buildings and contribute to identifying and qualifying energy savings. It is crucial for the contracting authority that the services are delivered in a uniform high quality, ensuring that the municipality's employees can subsequently work with the data, descriptions and savings proposals provided in relation to energy labelling and condition assessments. The task is carried out from August 2026 to the end of 2027. Furthermore, the tender includes options that are carried out until 2028.
