Scope of guarantee - construction of the industrial zone communication link in Władysławowo, including the execution of construction and assembly works for the construction of municipal road no. 111079G – ul. Skandynawska, a section of municipal road no. 111068G - ul. Bohaterów Kaszubskich, along with the expansion of the intersection with provincial road no. 216 – ul. Gdańska in Władysławowo, as well as the construction of accompanying infrastructure. Scope covered by the right of option - preparation of design documentation for the task covering the construction of municipal road no. 111082G - Droga Swarzewska in Władysławowo, to the extent necessary to obtain the necessary agreements and building permit/permit for the implementation of the road investment, and the execution of construction works based on the prepared design documentation, including the performance of author's supervision.
