Poland – Engineering design services – Opracowanie trzy etapowej kompleksowej dokumentacji projektowej dla rozbudowy/przebudowy ulicy Tynieckiej na odcinku od ul. Winnickiej do Kompleksu Przystanków „Park Skały” wraz z infrastrukturą towarzyszącą w celu budowy chodnika, budowy sieci wodociągowej oraz budowy sieci kanalizacji sanitarnej w ramach zadania: „Program budowy chodników”.

Description of the subject of the contract: a) The subject of the contract is a service consisting of the preparation of a three-stage comprehensive design documentation for the expansion/ reconstruction of Tyniecka Street from ul. Winnickiej to the „Park Skały” Bus Stop Complex, including ancillary infrastructure, for the construction of a pedestrian walkway, the construction of a water supply network, and the construction of a sanitary sewerage network, as part of the task: „Pedestrian Construction Programme”. The task will be carried out on the basis of the Agreement concluded on 25.03.2026 between: The Municipal Council of Kraków - Roads Management of the City of Kraków, ul. Centralna 53, 31-586 Kraków (hereinafter referred to as Contracting Authority 1) and Wodociągi Miasta Krakowa S.A. ul. Senatorska 1, 30-106 Kraków (hereinafter referred to as Contracting Authority 2). Pursuant to Article 38 of the Act of 11 September 2019 on Public Procurement (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320, as amended), the Parties appoint Roads Management of the City of Kraków as the Contracting Authority authorised to conduct the procedure and award the contract on behalf of and in the interest of the Parties. b) The Contracting Authority has described the subject of the contract by means of: • the draft contract terms (DCT), constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ, • the material scope with annexes, constituting Annex 5 to the SWZ, c) Contract execution period: 38 months from the date of the contract, including: Stage I - obtaining and submitting to the Contracting Authority the Environmental Decision together with the annexes within 16 months from the date of the contract. Stage II - preparation and submission of documentation together with the initiation of the procedure to obtain the ZRiD decision – within 14 months from the acceptance of Stage I. Stage III - obtaining and submitting to the Contracting Authority the administrative decision allowing the implementation of the works together with the complete design documentation – in accordance with the material scope – within 4 months from the implementation of Stage II. Stage IV - obtaining and submitting to the Contracting Authority the final administrative decision allowing the implementation of the road investment – within 4 months from the date of acceptance of Stage III. d) Required warranty period: The minimum warranty period for the quality of the subject of the contract is 36 months, and the maximum warranty period is 60 months. Offers containing a warranty period of less than 36 months will be rejected.
