Bulgaria – Electricity – „Избор на доставчик на нетна активна електрическа енергия на ниво средно и ниско напрежение от координатор на стандартна балансираща група за обекти на Министерство на здравеопазването-централно управление“

The subject of the public procurement is the supply of net quantities of active electrical energy at medium and low voltage to the facilities of the Ministry of Health (MoH/Contracting Authority) and the provision of services through the performance of activities as a coordinator of a standard balancing group in accordance with the Energy Act (EA), the Rules for Trade with Electrical Energy (RTEE) and the Rules for Measurement of Electrical Energy Quantity (RMEEQ). The award of the public procurement aims to conclude a contract for combined services in accordance with Article 20 of the RTEE, namely the purchase of electrical energy and the payment of all services used by the Contracting Authority as the end user: "access to the electricity transmission and/or electricity distribution network", "transmission of electrical energy through the electricity transmission and/or electricity distribution network" and "responsibility for balancing", as well as the arrangement of relations related to the payment of the due amounts for network services for the respective price period. The main subject of the public procurement is determined in accordance with Article 11, Paragraph 2 of the Public Procurement Act.
