The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of chilled delicatessen products in 2027 – including unloading in the warehouses of 32 WOG located in the military complexes in the 32 WOG area of operation in Zamość: Zamość, Lublin, Chełm, Hrubieszów in the scope of 4 (four) parts: PART NO. 1 – successive deliveries of chilled delicatessen products, ul. Wojska Polskiego 2F, 22-400 Zamość; French pastry, stuffed cabbage rolls, hummus, Silesian dumplings, gnocchi, cabbage and mushroom croquettes, meat croquettes, fruit pancakes, cheese pancakes, chilled yeast pastries with cabbage and mushrooms, chilled yeast pastries with meat, chilled yeast pastries with mushrooms and cheese, lazy dumplings, Russian dumplings, dumplings with cabbage and mushrooms, dumplings with lentils, dumplings with spinach and feta cheese, mushroom pierogi, meat pierogi, pancakes. CONTRACTING AUTHORITY'S DETAILED REQUIREMENTS 1. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to use the option right (option right - 100% of the basic order) within the scope not exceeding the assortment and quantity contained in the attachment to the contract, column “OPTION RIGHT SCOPE”. 2. The final quantity of food purchased under the option right will depend on the current needs of the Contracting Authority and the financial resources available to it. 3. Food purchased under the option right must meet all the requirements as for the guaranteed order. 4. The Contracting Authority reserves that the part of the order specified as “option right” is an entitlement, not an obligation of the Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority may not exercise the option right, in particular in the event of not obtaining financial resources for this purpose, and the Contractors shall not be entitled to any claims on this account which the Contractor accepts by signing this contract. 5. The Contracting Authority guarantees placing orders within the basic order for the delivery of goods at a level not lower than 30% of the gross value of the Contract, referred to in § 4(4) of the contract template constituting Att. no. 3 to SWZ. The implementation of the Contract in the remaining scope will depend on the actual needs of the recipients resulting from the variable number of persons entitled to food and the financial resources allocated for this purpose. 6.
