Czechia – Engineering design services – Vybudování technické a dopravní infrastruktury pro Centrum Městské části Praha – Nebušice – projektové práce a inženýrská činnost

The subject of the public contract is the provision of project and engineering services for the technical and transport infrastructure of the project for the construction of a new central district of the municipal part of Prague 6 – Nebušice with several interconnected buildings and public spaces (hereinafter referred to as the “Project”). The Project is based on the architectural study “Construction of the Centre of the Municipal Part of Prague–Nebušice” (hereinafter referred to as the “Study”), the author of which is the company ANTA spol. s r.o. (IČO: 45793891), and which forms Annex No. 3 to the ZD. The Contracting Authority notes that the Contractor will be obliged to allow the author of the Study to participate in and consult on all phases of the implementation of the Project for the purpose of exercising the personal rights of the author in accordance with Section 11(3) of the Copyright Act (Act No. 121/2000 Coll., on Copyright, Related Rights and on Amendments to Certain Acts). The subject of the public contract is the provision of all necessary bases, surveys, measurements, expert assessments, studies, project documentation and engineering activities required for the permit for the construction of the technical and transport infrastructure within the implementation of the Project. The subject of the public contract is the performance of the following activities in particular: 1. Comprehensive verification of the feasibility of the technical and transport infrastructure for the construction of the new centre of Nebušice, as designed in the Study 2. Preparation of a separate energy and technical concept for the area 3. Preparation of documentation for the permit application in accordance with the Building Act to the extent enabling the submission of a flawless application for a permit 4. Ensuring complete engineering activities aimed at issuing a binding permit 5. Provision of cooperation with the Contracting Authority in the subsequent phases of the implementation of the Project.
