Netherlands – Construction work for sports facilities – Raamovereenkomst renovatie en aanleg kunstgrasvelden Ridderkerk

Subject: a framework agreement for the renovation and construction of artificial turf sports fields in the municipality of Ridderkerk. Additional works such as the construction or adaptation of hardstandings and/or the installation or adaptation of fencing may occur during the renovation or construction works. This will be clearly stated in the various sub-contracts after the final award. The framework agreement has a maximum contract duration of 4 (four) years. The contract is awarded for 2 (two) years with an option to extend for a further 2 (two) years. The maximum contract value under this framework agreement is set at €8,000,000, excluding VAT per year. With this estimate, the contracting authority aims to provide as accurate a picture as possible of the maximum scope of the contract. No turnover guarantee and/or rights can be derived from the above indication. If the maximum estimated contract value is reached earlier than the full duration of the contract, a decision will be made in mutual consultation on the continuation of this framework agreement.
