Denmark – Accounting and auditing services – Udbud af revisionsydelser 2026

This tender concerns audit services for TECHCOLLEGE and others. The tendered contract includes the following units:

• TECHCOLLEGE

• Administrative Procurement Consortium, Procurement Consortium North

• Administrative IT Consortium, IT Center North

• Aalborg Technical College Board (is being wound up, expects a final account for 2026/2027)

The supplier shall perform the following tasks:

• Preparation and audit of the annual report for each unit, according to the current announcement on audit and grant control etc. at institutions for vocational education, general upper secondary education and adult education etc.

o Financial and administrative audit of the annual report - including preparation of XBRL file.

o Audit of ordinary quarterly activity reports (full-time, school practice, school home, open education, labour market education and promotion) including a supplementary report per type per quarter and reporting of VAT compensation scheme.

o Participation in the board meeting where the annual report is reviewed and approved.

o Usual advisory services in connection with the audit.

• Quarterly submission of auditor's statement to the Ministry of Education regarding production education at production schools

• Auditor's statement for class quotient on HTX

• Quarterly submission of auditor's statement to VUC regarding FVU/OBU

• Auditor's statements in connection with projects (Time Price)

• Advisory services regarding the preparation of ESG accounts
