The subject of the contract is the delivery and implementation by the Contractor for the Purchaser of an IT solution that includes functionality to protect users from DNS-based threats (System) in accordance with the Offer: by extending the Purchaser's existing subscriptions, as mentioned in the OPZ, with additional security tokens for 44,000 devices, or by providing an equivalent solution that meets the requirements specified in the OPZ, as well as configuring the System in a manner necessary for the proper functioning of this System. 2. As part of the subject of the contract, the Contractor undertakes in particular: 1) to deliver, implement, launch and configure the System; 2) to prepare the Documentation, 3) to carry out knowledge transfer in the form of workshops for persons indicated by the Purchaser, 4) to grant or ensure the granting of all licenses required for the proper functioning of the System, as a whole and its individual elements, on the terms set out in the Agreement and the OPZ, 5) to transfer to the Purchaser the economic copyrights to the Documentation prepared by the Contractor under the Agreement, 6) to provide the Purchaser with a Warranty for the System delivered under the contract for a period of 36 months from the date of signing the Protocol of Acceptance of System Implementation without reservations and to provide warranty services within this period, within the remuneration resulting from the Agreement.
