Poland – Parts and accessories for vehicles and their engines – Dostawa części zamiennych, filtrów, akcesoriów oraz materiałów technicznych do pojazdów kołowych i silników w 2027 roku

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of spare parts, filters, accessories and technical materials for wheeled vehicles and engines in 2027, divided into 6 parts (tasks), in the quantities specified in the price form – Annex 3a to SWZ. 2. The value of the concluded contract will not result from the values indicated by the Contractors in the tender forms, which will be used to compare the submitted tenders and make a classification. The value of the concluded contract will result from the amount of funds that the Purchaser has allocated for the implementation of the given task. 3. The requirements and detailed description of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex 1 to SWZ and the remaining tender documentation, which will be placed on the website of the conducted procedure https://platformazakupowa.pl/pn/28wog. 4. The Purchaser envisages the possibility of invalidating the procedure under Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law in the event that the public funds which it intended to allocate for the financing of the whole or part of the contract are not granted to it, partial limitation or complete cancellation of the contract in the event of changes in the budget of the Ministry of National Defence (in the financial plan, referred to in § 5(8) of decision no. 118/MON of the Minister of National Defence on the principles of preparing and implementing central material plans (Dz. Urz. Min. Obr. Nar. poz. 190) resulting in expenditure restrictions in the given budget year.
