With the present invitation to tender, a framework agreement is to be concluded for the procurement and direct delivery of office supplies to various locations of the cantonal administration. In addition, the supplier is to be able to store defined articles, in particular paper and printed products, on a chargeable basis for the contracting authority. The specified procurement quantities are based on experience and serve to calculate and compare the offers. They do not constitute a commitment to purchase. The actual procurement volume is determined by the needs of the individual beneficiaries and may therefore vary accordingly. To standardise the range of office supplies and to ensure the comparability of the offers, a reference range is specified.
