Poland – Data transmission services – Świadczenie usługi transmisji danych przez prywatny APN na potrzeby Systemu Wspomagania Dowodzenia Państwowego Ratownictwa Medycznego

The subject of the contract is the provision of a data transmission service through a private APN for the needs of SWD PRM for 2000 mobile terminals (tablets), 2000 GPS devices, 2000 portable routers and 2000 access points at the locations of medical rescue teams' stations for a period of 36 months but not earlier than from 27 November 2026. The contractor will supply 8000 active SIM cards and 1000 SIM cards ready for use in case of failure or increased demand for SIM cards during the contract period. The service will be provided on the territory of the Republic of Poland and in the border zone, using international roaming with other countries of the European Union. The contracting authority currently uses a private APN service operating on the infrastructure of P4 sp. z o.o. for the needs of SWD PRM. The service uses two redundant links to two points of contact with the contracting authority's infrastructure. In order to ensure greater range and redundancy compared to the current solution, it intends to purchase the service of a second APN and use it in parallel with the currently operating APN solution. In connection with the above, the contracting authority requires the service to be provided on a different telecommunication infrastructure in terms of points of contact with the contracting authority's network and in terms of local base transceiver stations (BTS) than currently provided. This is necessary to maintain the security and uninterrupted operation of the system.
