Slovakia – Construction work – Rekonštrukcia viacúčelovej športovej haly v Dubnici nad Váhom

The subject of the contract includes the reconstruction of an existing sports hall, including related excavation works, building modifications and modernization of the building's technical equipment. The implementation primarily involves the reconstruction of the perimeter envelope and roof structure of the building, the modification of internal spaces including changing rooms, sanitary facilities and stands, the implementation of a new sports floor, as well as the reconstruction and supplementation of the building's technical networks. The subject of the contract also includes the implementation of a new heat source using a heat pump system, including the construction of drilled wells, area distribution of well water and related technological equipment. The scope and technical solution of the construction are precisely defined in the project documentation, prepared by the company HajPo, s.r.o. and Ing. arch. Vlasta Illievová-Santa, and forms part of the tender documents and according to which the implementation will be carried out. The contractor is obliged to ensure the implementation of the work in accordance with the project documentation, valid technical standards and legal regulations, including the provision of the designation of engineering networks, the performance of necessary tests and inspections, the proper handling of waste and the delivery of a functional and operational work to the contracting authority. The contractor is responsible for ensuring the implementation of all activities, works and measures arising from the conditions set out in the building permit and from the binding opinions of the affected authorities, by which the contracting authority, as the builder, is bound.
