Poland – Cycle path construction work – Rozbudowa dróg powiatowych w ramach projektu „Rowerowe Roztocze. Drogi pieszo-rowerowe w obszarach wiejskich” na terenie powiatu biłgorajskiego

4.1. The subject of the contract is the construction of pedestrian and cycle paths as part of the expansion of county roads located in the Lublin Voivodeship, in the Biłgoraj County, within the municipalities of Józefów and Tereszpol. 4.2. The contracting authority, in accordance with Article 91(1) of the Pzp Act, allows the submission of partial tenders divided into 5 parts as follows: 4.2.1. Part 1 of the contract: Construction of a pedestrian and cycle path as part of the expansion of the county road No. 2946L Sigła – Stacja Kol. Krasnobród within the task entitled: “Rowerowe Roztocze Pedestrian and Cycle Paths in Rural Areas” in the Biłgoraj County, approximately 2763 m in length 4.2.2. Part 2 of the contract: Construction of a pedestrian and cycle path as part of the expansion of the county road No. 2919L Gorajec – Tarnowola within the task entitled: “Rowerowe Roztocze Pedestrian and Cycle Paths in Rural Areas” in the Biłgoraj County, approximately 9705 m in length 4.2.3. Part 3 of the contract: Construction of a pedestrian and cycle path as part of the expansion of the county road No. 2949L Krasnobród – Długi Kąt within the task entitled: “Rowerowe Roztocze Pedestrian and Cycle Paths in Rural Areas” in the Biłgoraj County, approximately 4049 m in length 4.2.4. Part 4 of the contract: Construction of a pedestrian and cycle path as part of the expansion of the county road No. 2952L Długi Kąt – Susiec within the task entitled: “Rowerowe Roztocze Pedestrian and Cycle Paths in Rural Areas” in the Biłgoraj County, approximately 1551 m in length 4.2.5. Part 5 of the contract: Construction of a pedestrian and cycle path as part of the expansion of the county road No. 2947L Zwierzyniec – Tereszpol within the task entitled: “Rowerowe Roztocze Pedestrian and Cycle Paths in Rural Areas” in the Biłgoraj County, approximately 668 m in length Each Contractor may submit a tender for each part of the contract. 4.5. The detailed description of the subject of the contract – hereinafter “SOPZ” specifies: 4.5.1 Annex No. 1.1 to SWZ, which includes the design documentation and items for Part 1, 4.5.2 Annex No. 1.2 to SWZ, which includes the design documentation and items for Part 2, 4.5.3 Annex No. 1.3 to SWZ, which includes the design documentation and items for Part 3, 4.5.4 Annex No. 1.4 to SWZ, which includes the design documentation and items for Part 4, 4.5.5 Annex No. 1.5 to SWZ, which includes the design documentation and items for Part 5, 4.5.6 Annex No. 1.6 to SWZ Detailed Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works (STWiORB) and the Draft Contract Terms constitute Annex No. 3 to SWZ.
