The subject of the contract is the preparation of project documentation enabling the implementation of the investment task entitled "Construction of a green energy production centre using a circular economy" (including the transfer to the Contracting Authority of the property rights to this project documentation, obtaining all the necessary consents and permits for the construction works and exercising authorial supervision over the implementation of the works) as well as the implementation of the investment task on this basis, and the supply of operational materials for the first filling, start-up and the first full year of operation of the supplied equipment as well as the servicing of selected supplied equipment. The description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter OPZ) and the manner of its execution is specified in Annex No. 9 to the SWZ (Functional-User Programme "PFU"), which is a confidential document, and in the essential provisions of the contract (Annex No. 8 to the SWZ).
