Poland – Electricity, heating, solar and nuclear energy – Zakup energii elektrycznej na 2027 i 2028 rok

The subject of this order is the purchase of electrical energy for the 2027/2028 year to the objects indicated by the Buyer, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 on Energy Law. The Buyer has been conducting a procedure to change the supplier of electrical energy systematically since 2011. The above order is being carried out in the procedure of the next change of the supplier of electrical energy on the basis of generally binding legal provisions. Subject of the order: estimated demand for electrical energy: volume for 2027 up to 1 262 500,00 kWh, volume for 2028 up to 1 337 500,00 kWh. The total volume of the order covered by the order up to 2 600 000,00 kWh. In accordance with the estimated consumption of electrical energy, listed in Annex No. 1 to SWZ (hereinafter: OPZ). In case of discrepancies in the sums contained in Annex No. 1 and this SWZ, the volume indicated in the SWZ shall apply. The Buyer envisages the possibility of invalidating the procedure for awarding the order on the basis of Article 257 of the PZP Act if the funds that the Buyer intended to allocate for the financing of the whole or part of the order are not granted to him.
