1. Section 1 1.1. The subject of the contract is the provision of comprehensive electricity supply and the provision of electricity distribution services for objects other than street lighting and object illumination from 1 January 2027 for 12 months (subject to the provisions of § 8, paragraph 2 of the contract template) including the sale of electricity and the provision of electricity distribution services, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 on Energy Law (hereinafter: PE) to the points of electricity intake listed in Annex No. 1 to the contract template (in accordance with the authorizations held). The detailed conditions of the contract are specified in the contract template – Annex No. 11 to SWZ. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including the location and description of the points of electricity intake along with the contracted capacity and estimated consumption, is contained in Annex No. 1 to SWZ. 2. Section 2 - Specialised Municipal Hospital in Torun 2.1. The subject of the contract is the provision of comprehensive electricity supply and the provision of electricity distribution services for objects other than street lighting and object illumination from 1 January 2027 for 12 months (subject to the provisions of § 8, paragraph 2 of the contract template) including the sale of electricity and the provision of electricity distribution services, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 on Energy Law (hereinafter: PE) to the points of electricity intake listed in Annex No. 1 to the contract template (in accordance with the authorizations held). The detailed conditions of the contract are specified in the contract template – Annex No. 12 to SWZ. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including the location and description of the points of electricity intake along with the contracted capacity and estimated consumption, is contained in Annex No. 2 to SWZ. 3. Section 3 - Municipal Waste Management Company Ltd. 3.1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity for the Municipal Waste Management Company Ltd. in Torun from 1 January 2027 for 12 months (subject to the provisions of § 8, paragraph 2 of the contract template) in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 on Energy Law (hereinafter: PE) to the points of electricity intake listed in Annex No. 1 to the contract template. The subject contracts will not include electricity distribution services. The detailed conditions of the contract are specified in the contract template – Annex No. 13 to SWZ. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including the location and description of the points of electricity intake along with the contracted capacity and estimated consumption, is contained in Annex No. 3 to SWZ. 4. Section 4 4.1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity for the needs of street lighting and object illumination from 1 January 2027 for 12 months (subject to the provisions of § 8, paragraph 2 of the contract template), in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 on Energy Law (hereinafter: PE) to the points of electricity intake listed in Annex No. 1 to the contract template (in accordance with the authorizations held). These contracts will not include electricity distribution services. The detailed conditions of the contract are specified in the contract template – Annex No. 14 to SWZ. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including the location and description of the points of electricity intake along with the contracted capacity and estimated consumption, is contained in Annex No. 4 to SWZ.
