Supply of sanitary materials for the Cardiology section - 27 lots - in accordance with the terms of reference. In accordance with the provisions of Article 160 of Law 98/2016, as amended by Government Emergency Ordinance 107/2017, interested economic operators shall request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documents 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders, and in accordance with Article 161 of Law 98/2016, as amended by Government Emergency Ordinance 107/2017, the contracting authority's response shall be transmitted 10 days (on the 11th day) before the deadline for submission of tenders. Any request for clarification must be signed with an extended electronic signature, based on a qualified certificate, issued by an accredited certification service provider under the law and uploaded to SEAP.
