Bulgaria – Electricity – „Избор на доставчик на електрическа енергия и координатор на балансираща група за обекти на ниско напрежение за нуждите на Община Пещера, второстепенните разпоредители с бюджет и структурните звена на територията на общината“

The subject of the contract includes the supply of net active electrical energy at low voltage from a balancing group coordinator, full administration of the information flow with the ESO and assumption of the costs for imbalances, for the needs of Municipality of Peshtera, secondary distributors with a budget and structural units on the territory of the municipality. The forecasted quantity of electrical energy for the contract period is: 1 434 018,30 kWh. The quantity of electrical energy is determined by the Contracting Authority depending on the specific needs and financial security. The quantities indicated in the documentation are forecasted for the contract period and are determined based on the Contracting Authority's previous consumption, calculated for 12 months and increased by a forecasted 10%, with the Contracting Authority not being obliged to use them and not being limited by them. The subject of the contract also includes the administration of the amounts for the statutorily determined fees, network services and excise duties. The same will be paid by the Contracting Authority to the Contractor. In this regard, a contract for combined services will be concluded with the Contractor pursuant to Article 11, paragraph 10 and the conditions of Article 20 of the EEM (Rules for Trade with Electric Energy).
