Engineering (design, construction and supervision) for the construction of a new facility: Innovative Thermal Park and Archaeological Campus Akve Kalide in UPI II, Sector 11, PI with identifier No. 07079.701.90 according to the KPKR of the city of Burgas. The construction of a new Innovative Thermal Park and Archaeological Campus "AKVE KALIDE" is envisaged, combining in a functionally but not necessarily physically connected complex / single ensemble composition, the individual buildings and components and their possibilities for educational and scientific activities, accommodation, public services, business and leisure in a suitable natural environment. The construction, subject of the present public procurement III (third) category according to art. 6, para. 3 of Ordinance No. 1 for the nomenclature of types of constructions, art. 137 para. 1 item 3 b "v" from the Building Code - residential and mixed buildings with high construction; buildings and facilities for public services with an expanded built-up area of over 5000 sq.m or with a capacity of 200 to 1000 places for visitors.
