The subject of the present public procurement is winter maintenance and snow clearance of the road network in the inhabited places of Troyan Municipality. Lot No. 1: The subject of the public procurement is snow clearance of the road network in Balabansko village. The total length of the road network is 9 km. Lot No. 2: The subject of the public procurement is snow clearance of the road network in Balkanets village. The total length of the road network is 6 km. Lot No. 3: The subject of the public procurement is snow clearance of the road network in Belish village. The total length of the road network is 12 km. Lot No. 4: The subject of the public procurement is snow clearance of the road network in Gorno Trape village. The total length of the road network is 6 km. Lot No. 5: The subject of the public procurement is snow clearance of the road network in Gumoshtnik village. The total length of the road network is 10 km. Lot No. 6: The subject of the public procurement is snow clearance of the road network in Dobrodan village. The total length of the road network is 6 km. Lot No. 7: The subject of the public procurement is snow clearance of the road network in Dalbok Dol village. The total length of the road network is 12 km. Lot No. 15: The subject of the public procurement is snow clearance of the road network in kv. Popishka. The total length of the road network is 6 km. According to Ordinance No. RD-02-20-19 of 12.11.2012 for maintenance and current repair of roads - level of winter maintenance "G", corresponding to the subject of the present procedure, the requirement for the operational condition of the carriageway during snow clearance, the permissible thickness of the snow cover during snowfall should not be more than 10 cm. The maximum time for carrying out measures to combat winter slipperiness on the roads is 8 hours. A detailed description of all the envisaged activities, their scope and the requirements of the Beneficiary for their implementation, is contained in the Technical Specifications of the public procurement. A participant in the procedure may apply for one, for several or for all the lots.
