Switzerland – Engineering services – Inventarisierung private Liegenschaftsentwässerungen (Ingenieurleistungen)

The municipality of Oberengstringen intends to inventory the private sewerage systems (LEW) across the entire municipal area. To this end, the LEW of approximately 600 private properties will be examined using georeferenced CCTV inspections. The project perimeter is divided into six investigation areas, which will be processed in stages between mid-2027 and mid-2033. The aim is to record the location and condition of the private LEW, to identify any necessary renovation work, and to create the basis for updating the GIS-based asset register. External engineering services are to be procured for the technical and organisational implementation of the inventory. In a first step, the existing procedure concept is to be refined and the tender for the CCTV recordings is to be carried out. Subsequently, a detailed concept for the CCTV recordings is to be developed and their execution is to be coordinated and supervised. This also includes the preparation of the basis for the sewer cleaning company and information letters to the owners. After the recordings, the location and condition information is to be evaluated, plans are to be drawn up and the owners are to be informed about the current status, renovation needs and necessary actions. In addition, the engineering office will accompany the updating of the GIS-based asset register. The direct GIS updating as well as the planning and implementation of private renovations are not part of the contract. The processing team comprises at least one project manager and one project engineer.
