The procuring entity requests a tender for the following procurement package for the needs of the South Ostrobothnia well-being services county: Multifunctional devices and secure printing. The subject of the procurement is multifunctional devices as a service. The purchaser's SafeQ secure printing environment remains unchanged and the offered multifunctional devices must be fully compatible with the said secure printing. The investment made in the purchaser's secure printing environment is significant and cannot be changed. The supplier is required to offer comprehensive management of the printing environment, including, for example, the following: - devices as a service, their delivery and commissioning. Maintenance and supplies, fault repair - customer service for end users, usage advice - changes, device relocations and removals, reporting - operation of the SafeQ secure printing environment and sale of licenses - Options related to devices The bidder must offer the entire package. Partial bids will not be accepted. Alternative bids will not be accepted. The tender documents are in Finnish and the tender must be submitted in Finnish.
