Jana Brożka 3 i ul. Rzemieślnicza 19 (budynek A) w Krakowie.

The subject of the contract is the reconstruction and expansion of the existing office-workshop building into a Tram Maintenance Hall (Building A), the construction and demolition of the track and network layout, along with the construction of underground technical infrastructure - "Reconstruction of the track layout in the area of Brożka and Rzemieślnicza Streets, adaptation of the hall for the needs of tram maintenance, construction of necessary technical infrastructure, including a traction substation" at the Tram Maintenance Station Podgórze TT, ul. Jana Brożka 3 and ul. Rzemieślnicza 19 (Building A) in Kraków.

INFORMATION ON THE CONDUCT OF THE SITE VISIT

1. The contracting authority will organize a site visit at the Tram Maintenance Station Podgórze (TT) on 16.09.2026. The meeting of contractors interested in participating in the site visit will take place at 10:00 at the entrance to the Tram Maintenance Station Podgórze, ul. Jana Brożka 3 in Kraków.

2. The contractor is obliged to declare their intention to participate in the site visit at least one day before the planned date of the site visit. The form of declaration is Annex No. 11 to the SWZ.

3. Participation in the site visit is not mandatory.

4. The contracting authority allows the submission of a declaration to participate in the site visit through the contracting authority's procurement platform https://mpk-krakow.eb2b.com.pl/ or by email to [email protected] as a document with a qualified electronic signature.
