The subject of this public procurement is the performance of repair and maintenance (preventive, current, and emergency repair and restoration work) of 139.765 km, as follows: Streets in Ahheloy - 10.298 km, Poroy - 10.000 km, Galabets - 11.280 km, Goritsa - 18.785 km, Medovo - 11.000 km, Bata - 10.037 km, Stratsin - 10.190 km, Kosovets - 5.820 km, Belodol - 7.050 km, Kozichino - 7.100 km, Laka - 7.477 km, Aleksandrovo - 5.800 km, Kableshkovo - 17.566 km, Dabnik - 3.362 km, Gaberovo - 4.000 km. The subject of the public procurement includes activities related to the performance of repair and maintenance, namely: 1. Ensuring systematic care for the year-round normal operation of the road/street, as well as activities aimed at maintaining the technical condition of the road/street, road facilities and accessories in accordance with the applicable regulatory acts and technical specifications for construction products (including the elimination of individual damages and deformations of the elements within the scope of the road/street, road facilities and accessories and preventing their further development, elimination of local damages as a result of the normal operation of the road and damages to the road surface, road facilities and accessories. 2. Preventive maintenance. 3. Current maintenance. 4. Emergency repair and restoration work. 5. The subject of the public procurement also includes the performance of the following activities, which are related to the performance of maintenance and represent a condition, consequence or supplement to it: - Delivery and application of the necessary and compliant with the technical specifications construction materials and products. - Performance of the necessary tests and laboratory examinations. - Elimination of defects appearing during the warranty periods, determined by the contract for the award of the public procurement. - Repair works, including removal of old surfaces, re-asphalting of certain sections of roads and streets, removal of existing asphalt surfaces, restoration of crushed stone and ballast surfaces, making surfaces from recycled milled asphalt material, replacement of curbs, raising of inspection and rainwater shafts and repair and restoration of drainage channels.
