The subject of the DPS is IT expert work. The services included in the dynamic purchasing system are as follows: 1) IT development and maintenance services and licences 2) IT asset management 3) Cybersecurity and data protection 4) Definition and continuity planning 5) Application and software development and maintenance 6) Platform services and licences 7) Implementation architecture. During the term of the DPS, all interested candidates may submit an application to participate in it. The experts of the City of Turku will carry out the procurements among the candidates approved for the DPS with internal competitions within the DPS, which may be scheduled for the entire procurement phase of the DPS. The procurement phase of the DPS will begin approximately on 15.11.2022 after the establishment phase and end when the validity period of the DPS ends.
