The current central emergency department is at full capacity. The restructuring of processes requires renovation work and extensions. The ITS is located above the ZNA and will also be expanded. The measure is publicly funded, and implementation must take place during ongoing operations. Dividing the project into several construction phases to ensure operational capability may be necessary. The construction site logistics must be organized while taking into account very tight constraints. The subject of the procurement are the services of the specialist planning for Technical Equipment (TA) in phase 4 of the HOAI. Additionally, services from phase 3 of the HOAI are to be supplemented (see description of services). Medical or laboratory equipment is excluded. The award of the contract is subject to the expected release of funding and the granting of the building permit. The award of the contract will be made in stages, analogous to the phases of the HOAI, with the intention of awarding all services. There is no entitlement to further award.
