Poland – Multi-dwelling buildings construction work – Budowa budynku mieszkalnego wielorodzinnego wraz z infrastrukturą zewnętrzną i zagospodarowaniem terenu przy ul. Strzeleckiej w Środzie Wielkopolskiej

The subject of the contract is the construction and equipment of the investment being implemented under the name: "Construction of a multi-family residential building with external infrastructure and land development at ul. Strzeleckiej in Środa Wielkopolska" on plot no. 51/2, which in particular includes the execution of full-scale construction works covered by the design and execution documentation, drawings, details and specifications for the Investment, for which the Contracting Authority has obtained the final building permit, which in particular includes the following works and tasks: 1) construction of a multi-family residential building together with accompanying infrastructure, internal roads, parking lots, access and exit to the public road, installations and networks, 2) land development together with planting and their maintenance during the warranty period, 3) construction and possible reconstruction of networks and connections on the Investment Field, and to the necessary extent exceeding the Investment Field in accordance with the Design Documentation, 4) obtaining the final decision on the use permit for the building and the investment field covered by the contract. The condition for starting construction works is the performance of soil tests detailing the results of the tests included in the technical documentation. In the event of a lack of consistency in the results, the Contractor, in cooperation with the Contracting Authority and the Designer, will propose a solution in accordance with the technical requirements and construction knowledge. In the event of a change in soil conditions during the construction works resulting from the fault of the Contractor (e.g. failure to secure the excavation, removal of soil below the design levels, etc.), the Contractor will cover the costs of additional works. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the manner of its implementation is specified by: a) building permit together with design documentation and technical specification of the execution and acceptance of construction works - Annex No. 4 to SWZ b) draft contractual provisions - Annex No. 5 to SWZ c) the standard of completion specified by the Contracting Authority, which is an annex to the Contract (Annex No. 5 – Draft contractual provisions) 3. As part of the subject of the contract, the Contractor will implement the contracted construction works, prepare post-construction documentation and an operating instruction for the facility, including instructions for the use of apartments and instructions for the operation of equipment and installations, as well as commissioning of equipment and installations and training of the Contracting Authority's personnel to the extent necessary for their operation.
