Poland – Waste-tip management services – Odbieranie i zagospodarowanie niesegregowanych (zmieszanych) odpadów komunalnych wraz z selektywną ich zbiórką z terenu gminy Domaniewice w 2027 roku

The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting of: 1) collecting directly from the property and managing municipal waste collected selectively and non-selectively generated by the owners of the occupied properties (households), in a manner that ensures the achievement by the Municipality of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods, as well as the reduction of the mass of biodegradable waste sent to landfills, 2) supplying containers, bins and bags for selective waste collection, 3) collecting and managing municipal waste - waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point operated by the Municipality, 4) collecting and transporting municipal waste to the place of its management from the occupied properties (households) and from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point operated by the Municipality. 2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and Chapter 4 of the SWZ. 3. Due to the unpredictable amount of waste that will be generated during the execution of the contract, the estimated quantities specified in the SWZ do not have to correspond to the quantity and characteristics of the waste stream actually collected and managed by the Contractor during the execution of the contract. In this regard, the Purchaser reserves the right to limit this quantity by a maximum of 30% during the execution of the contract. Reducing the amount of waste in this range will not give rise to any claims on the part of the Contractor against the Purchaser, in particular for payment of remuneration for the unexecuted part of the contract and for payment of compensation in connection with the reduction of the actual amount in relation to the estimated amount. In this case, there is no need to prepare an annex. The Purchaser guarantees the Contractor a minimum of 70% of the estimated quantities of waste for collection and management during the contract period, within the scope of the basic contract. The Purchaser does not guarantee that the structure of the waste stream will correspond to the structure shown in the SWZ in the tabular compilations.
