The subject of the order is the delivery of specialist ambulances (type A and type B) – 2 units for Mazowiecki Szpital Specjalistyczny Sp. z o.o. in Radom. The order consists of 2 parts. The offered medical equipment as ambulance equipment must meet the requirements and be approved for sale and use in accordance with the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices. For products not classified as medical devices and in accordance with European directives and the Act on medical devices, it is not subject to declarations of conformity and is not subject to any entry in the register. The ordering party requires the submission of an appropriate statement. The subject of delivery must meet the conditions specified: a) in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31 December 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment b) in the Regulation of the Minister of Health of 3 December 2025 on the designation of the State Medical Rescue System and requirements regarding the uniform of medical rescue teams. c) in the standards PN EN1789+A2:2015 (in the scope of type A2 ambulance) and PN EN 1865 - New factory vehicle. A detailed description of the subject of the order is Annex no. 1-2 and A and B to the draft terms of the supply contract.
