Poland – Works for complete or part construction and civil engineering work – Przebudowa budynku B Szpitala wraz z termomodernizacją

The subject of the contract is the Reconstruction of Building B of the Hospital, including thermo-modernisation, in accordance with the Functional-Utilisation Programme constituting [Annex 1 to SWZ]. NOTE: The scope of the building and any related reconstruction work on the roads and parking directly adjacent to the building under renovation, including the creation of 2 electric vehicle charging stations, should be included in the tender. The Contracting Authority expects, as part of the white goods assembly contract, the installation of furniture in the medical staff's rooms, and electric-gas overhead panels. The attached drawings are for illustrative purposes only. 2. Due to the nature of the funding received, the Contracting Authority expects the costs to be divided according to the following guidelines: 1. Energy modernisation of Building "B" of the Hospital, including the construction of RES installations and related works - design documentation (service). 2. Development of greenery at the Municipal Hospital in Siemianowice Śląskie (green roof and terrace on Building "B" of the Hospital) - design documentation (service). 3. Reconstruction of Building "B" of the Hospital - design documentation (service). 4. Energy modernisation of Building "B" of the Hospital, including the construction of RES installations and related works (construction works). 5. Development of greenery at the Municipal Hospital in Siemianowice Śląskie (green roof and terrace on Building "B" of the Hospital) (construction works). 6. Reconstruction of Building "B" of the Hospital (construction works). 3. As part of the planned project, the following must be obtained: - Geotechnical and geological survey of the site. - Obtaining the necessary connection conditions. - Preparation of design documentation for the scope of reconstruction, expansion, superstructure and change of use of Building B and the reconstruction of Building A of the Municipal Hospital in Siemianowice Śląskie, along with the necessary technical infrastructure. - Execution of construction and installation works, including external installations (networks). - Obtaining acceptances throughout the investment process, including final acceptance completed with a protocol and a permit for use. - Agreement with a sanitary-epidemiological expert. - Agreement with an OHS and fire expert. The organisation and location of the construction site (access, possible demolitions) should be agreed with the investor. 4. The design should include: - Inventory for design purposes; - Assessment of the technical condition and/or structural expertise of the existing building. Execution of design projects in all sectors; - Sectoral, administrative agreements, submissions; - Execution of design projects in all sectors (to the extent necessary for the task); - Execution of detailed cost estimates and quantities, technical specifications for execution and acceptance of works; - The design should include medical equipment with all installations connected; - Preparation of a task implementation schedule, a physical-financial schedule; - The design should include, in agreement with the Contracting Authority, ecological solutions: e.g. energy-saving lighting, efficient water management, ventilation with heat recovery, etc. - Consideration of accessibility standards for Hospitals available at the following link: https://www.gov.pl/web/zdrowie/standardy-dostepnosci The Contracting Authority requires that the contractor of the design works conduct consultations-agreements with it regarding the proposed solutions. 5. The construction works will cover the implementation of the reconstruction in the scope of: - Structural-construction; - Thermo-modernisation within the project; - Sanitary installations and fire-fighting (including equipping the facility with fire-fighting equipment); - Ventilation and air conditioning installations; - Medical gas installations; - Electrical and low-voltage installations (min. fire signalling); - Relocation of existing networks and installations within the investment; - Execution of connections of all installations for medical equipment; All construction works will be carried out by the Contractor without hindering the operation of the hospital – access to the reconstruction covered by the contract only from the outside. The area around the planned investment should be ordered and developed without interfering with the existing communication routes within the hospital. The Contractor will include the execution of the technological road along with the protection of underground installations and networks in its area. 6. As part of the subject of the contract, all administrative decisions and agreements necessary for the design and execution of the planned investment must be obtained (updated or verified). Due to the nature of the investment, the possibility of situations arising during the works that require verification of the proposed solutions is not excluded. This contract will be implemented under the Polish-Swiss Programme for the Development of Cities.
