The subject of the contract is a service involving the performance of the role of an Engineer in accordance with the FIDIC Contract Conditions for the needs of the Investment entitled “Improvement of access to the seaport in Szczecin – Construction of a fairway for ships on the Świnoujście – Szczecin waterway”. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 2. The Contracting Authority envisages requirements related to the implementation of the contract in the scope of employment based on an employment relationship, in the circumstances referred to in Article 95(1) of the Labour Code. Detailed information and requirements in this respect, in particular regarding the method of verifying the employment of the indicated persons on the basis of an employment relationship, as well as the Contracting Authority's entitlement to control the Contractor's compliance with the requirements related to the employment of these persons, and the penalties for non-compliance with these requirements, are set out in the SWZ and in the draft contract.
