Romania – Food, beverages, tobacco and related products – ACORD CADRU PENTRU FURNIZARE ALIMENTE, BAUTURI, TUTUN SI PRODUSE CONEXE

Framework agreement for the supply of food products, beverages, tobacco and related products. The contracting authority will respond clearly and comprehensively to all requests for clarification and all requests for additional information necessary for the preparation of tenders, no later than 11 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. Any request for clarification must be submitted in SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub). Note: We specify that, in the event that the procedure is selected for the ex-ante control of the National Agency for Public Procurement (ANAP) in accordance with OUG no. 98/2017 with subsequent amendments and additions, the contracting authority/body initiating the award procedure will make available to the persons authorized by ANAP (by the verification decision) the consolidated responses to the requests for clarification before uploading and publishing them in SEAP at least 4 days before the deadline or, as the case may be, the deadlines set in the invitation to participate. Tenders will be prepared on the basis of the information in the award documentation, which includes responses to requests for clarification and Amendments issued by the contracting authority.
