The subject of the procurement is the comprehensive renovation of residential buildings located in Helsinki's Itäkeskus, including all LVISA works in addition to construction technical works, as a fixed-price comprehensive contract. The renovation target is a rental property owned by Helsingin kaupungin asunnot Oy, located on the city of Helsinki's plot 45053/1 (Asiakkaankatu 4, 00930 Helsinki). Phasing can be specified in a joint agreement if other phasing is justified from the contract's perspective. - Residents will move to temporary housing during the renovation work. The contract starts with the residents' moving out. Moving out and back in are included in the contract.
