Germany – Architectural, engineering and planning services – Frankfurt (Main) Hbf, Nordflügel, Ver- u. Entsorgungszentrum: BIM-Planung Bauphysik in 3 Losen

As part of the Frankfurt (Main) Hauptbahnhof Master Plan, BIM-supported planning services for building physics for the northern area of the station are to be awarded. The service is divided into three lots: Lot 1: Thermal Building Physics, Lot 2: Building Acoustics (Sound Insulation) and Lot 3: Room Acoustics. The subject of the investigation is the North Wing, the North Head, the extension at the North West Head and the Supply and Disposal Centre. For these areas, comprehensive building physics analyses and plans are to be carried out. The appointment initially includes services according to phases 1 to 4 according to HOAI. Services according to phases 5 to 7 are optionally provided. The aim is to create a sound planning basis for the sustainable and functional further development of the northern part of the main station.
