The Education Consortium JAMI is procuring the organisation of training in a group format as apprenticeship training. The procured training services will be organised in cooperation with the client (the training organiser), the apprenticeship employers, the students and the training provider. The price will also be applied to individual procurements related to apprenticeship agreements. The training will mainly take place at the apprentices' workplaces and will be based on an agreement between the entrepreneur and the training organiser or between the employer and the employee and the training organiser (agreement on the apprenticeship and the organisation of the apprenticeship). A tender is requested for the organisation of the vocational training of the apprenticeship training (acquisition of skills and completion of the examination at the educational institution). The procurement will establish a framework agreement under Section 42 of the Procurement Act (1397/2016), which involves several actors and offers a functional service concept for the client's use.
