Poland – Refuse and waste related services – Odbiór i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych z nieruchomości z terenu Gminy Rabka-Zdrój w 2027 roku

The subject of the contract is the collection and management (recovery or disposal) of the municipal waste indicated in the contract description from properties located in the municipality of Rabka-Zdrój, where residents live, as well as from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK). The collection and management of municipal waste will be carried out regardless of weather conditions, in a manner that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of preparation for reuse and recycling of municipal waste and the limitation of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred for disposal, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733) and the currently applicable executive acts to the above act, in particular the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 15 December 2017 on the levels of limitation of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred for disposal and the method of calculating the level of limitation of the mass of these wastes (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 2412), the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 3 August 2021 on the method of calculating the levels of preparation for reuse and recycling of municipal waste (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1530) and the provisions of the Voivodeship Waste Management Plan, adopted by the resolution of the Sejmik of the Małopolskie Voivodeship No. LXXXI/1191/24 of 25 March 2024 with later amendments regarding the Adoption of the Voivodeship Waste Management Plan for Małopolska for the years 2023-2028. 2. The contractor collecting municipal waste from property owners must meet the requirements set out in the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 11 January 2013 on detailed requirements regarding the collection of municipal waste from property owners (Journal of Laws of 2013, item 122). 3.
