Poland – Solar photovoltaic modules – Budowa mikroinstalacji fotowoltaicznych w Gminie Modliborzyce – „Montaż instalacji fotowoltaicznych na potrzeby własne Gminy Modliborzyce”

The contracting authority, in accordance with Article 91(1) of the Pzp Act, allows for the submission of partial offers. The contract has been divided into 2 parts. The contractor may submit an offer for one or both parts of the contract. Each part involves the implementation of several tasks (photovoltaic micro-installations) indicated below. Offers for individual tasks within a given part are not allowed. Part No. 1 includes the supply, installation, commissioning and handover of 4 photovoltaic micro-installations with a total capacity of 114 kW. The scope of Part No. 1 includes the construction of 4 photovoltaic micro-installations of various capacities, located in the area and facilities of the municipality of Modliborzyce. The scope of work and technical requirements have been specified in the project documentation, including, among others: Technical Documentation, Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Works (hereinafter: STWiOR), BIOZ Information, Scope of Works, constituting Annex No. 8 to SWZ, the conditions for the implementation of the contract are specified by the Draft Contract Terms (Annex No. 7 to SWZ). and Part No. 2 includes the supply, installation, commissioning and handover of 5 photovoltaic micro-installations with a total capacity of 104.5 kW. The scope of Part No. 2 includes the construction of 5 photovoltaic micro-installations of various capacities, located in the area and facilities of the municipality of Modliborzyce. The scope of work and technical requirements have been specified in the project documentation, including, among others: Technical Documentation, Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Works (hereinafter: STWiOR), BIOZ Information, Scope of Works, constituting Annex No. 9 to SWZ, the conditions for the implementation of the contract are specified by the Draft Contract Terms (Annex No. 7 to SWZ).
