MÁV SZK Zrt. is performing the environmental tasks of PM Zrt., for which a procurement procedure is to be initiated that can manage unexpected pollutants and environmental obligations that are not of an emergency nature, but can investigate and, if necessary, remove and manage the pollutants. These include, for example, pollutants that are discovered during or prior to developments or investments on areas related to MÁV PM Zrt., as well as the rendering harmless of materials that do not fall under the category of illegally abandoned waste. The procurement procedure can resolve the fulfilment of environmental regulatory obligations, as well as the management of unexpected pollutants and environmental obligations where investigation, and if necessary, removal of the pollutants is required.
