The subject of the procurement is the equipment, any sensors that may be associated with it, and maintenance, as well as any equipment-related consumables required for use, as specified in the tender notice and its annexes. The nomenclature and preliminary quantities of the equipment to be procured are specified in Annex 12. If the budget allocated for the procurement of the equipment is insufficient for the implementation of the procurement, the Procurement Unit reserves the right to:

- change the quantity of equipment indicated in the tender notice

- cancel the procurement or part of it

- terminate an agreement already concluded or part of it without notice
