The subject of the contract is the preparation of design and cost documentation for the reconstruction of the PFRON building at al. Jana Pawła II 13 in Warsaw. 2. The subject of the contract, referred to in paragraph 1, includes: 2.1. execution of the basic order (hereinafter referred to as: “Basic Order”) consisting in the preparation of a complete, multidisciplinary design documentation for the reconstruction of the PFRON building, including execution designs (specialised), architectural-functional concept of the building, and the site development project, along with obtaining, on behalf of the Contracting Authority, all the required maps, technical conditions, agreements and administrative decisions enabling the tender procedure and the implementation of the construction works, including obtaining, on behalf of and for the Contracting Authority, based on the granted power of attorney, a building permit or a construction works notification (depending on the necessity); 2.2. execution of the optional order including: 2.2.1. Option 1 (hereinafter referred to as “Option 1”) consisting in the supervision of the construction works carried out on the basis of the design documentation, referred to in point 4.2.1 - maximum 30 site visits; 2.2.2. Option 2 (hereinafter referred to as “Option 2”) consisting in the updating of the investment cost estimates – maximum 4 updates; 2.2.3. Option 3 (hereinafter referred to as “Option 3”) consisting in the updating of the technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works - maximum 4 updates; 2.2.4. Option 4 (hereinafter referred to as “Option 4”) consisting in the provision of expert support services to the Contracting Authority during the preparation and conduct of the procedure for awarding a public contract for the implementation of construction works, based on the design documentation, referred to in point 4.2.1, up to 200 man-hours; hereinafter referred to as “Contract Subject” or “Order Subject”. 3. The Contracting Authority, within the framework of this order, envisages the application of options on the basis of the terms specified in the PPU. 4. The description of the subject of the order, the conditions of its implementation and the obligations of the Contractor include: 4.1. OPZ, constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, 4.2. PPU, which will be introduced into the content of the Agreement on the public order constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
