Poland – Refuse and waste related services – „Odbieranie i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych z terenu gminy Majdan Królewski

Under this order, from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2028, the Contractor is obliged to collect and manage the following waste:

1) Municipal waste from residential properties and from PSZOK:

1) Collection and management of municipal waste from residential properties, referred to herein as "residential properties", and from PSZOK as follows:

a) Non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste (waste code 200301) - estimated quantity 1350.0 Mg;

b) Paper and cardboard packaging, paper and cardboard (waste code 150101, 200101) – estimated quantity 50.0 Mg;

c) Plastic packaging, plastics (waste code 150102, 200139),

d) Metal packaging, metals (waste code 150104, 200140),

e) Multi-material packaging, mixed packaging waste (waste code 150105, 150106), - total estimated quantity of waste listed in points: c), d) and e) 260.0 Mg;

f) Glass packaging, glass (waste code 150107, 200102) - estimated quantity 340.0 Mg;

g) Used electrical and electronic equipment – (waste code 200135*, 200136, 200121*, 200123*) - estimated quantity 26.00 Mg;

h) Used tyres (waste code 160103) - estimated quantity 108.0 Mg;

i) Bulky waste (waste code 200307) - estimated quantity 230.0 Mg;

j) Biodegradable waste, bio-waste (waste code 200108, 200201) - estimated quantity 4.0 Mg;

k) Small construction and demolition waste (waste code 170101, 170102, 170103, 170604, 170904, 170107 ) - estimated quantity 50.0 Mg;

l) Household ash (waste code 200199) - estimated quantity 0.2 Mg;

ł) Batteries and accumulators (waste code 200133*, 200134) - estimated quantity 0.1 Mg;

m) Hazardous waste, chemicals (waste codes 200113*, 200127*, 200128, 200129*, 200119*, 150110*) - estimated quantity 2.6 Mg;

n) Expired medicines (waste code 200132);

o) Waste not qualifying as medical waste generated in the household as a result of taking medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes - total estimated quantity of waste listed in points: n) and o) 0.1 Mg;

p) Clothing and textiles (waste code 200110, 200111) - estimated quantity 30.0 Mg.

The waste listed above in point a) should only be collected from residential properties. The waste listed above in points b), c), d), e), f), g), h), i) and j) should be collected from residential properties and from PSZOK. The waste listed above in points k), l), ł), m), n), o) and p) should be collected from PSZOK. The above quantities of waste should be treated as estimated. The Purchaser reserves the right that the above estimated quantities of waste may change according to the actual needs of the Purchaser, taking into account the actual amount of waste generated.
