The subject of the contract is the provision of services entitled: "Collection and disposal of municipal waste from property owners in the area of Nędza Commune" from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029. 2. The estimated forecasted amount of municipal waste that may be collected from the area of Nędza Commune during the implementation of the contract is 2 900 Mg per year (2900 Mg x 3 years = 8700 Mg). 3. The contracting authority envisages the acceptance by the Contractor of waste with the following codes: 200101, 200102, 200199, 200307, 200307ex, 200199ex, 200301, 200201, 160103, 200132, 200111. The contracting authority reserves the right that situations may occur where a resident does not properly segregate waste and it will be necessary (in accordance with regulations) to collect waste as mixed, and there will be waste in these mixed waste that could be classified under a different code. Furthermore, waste may also be classified in group 15 as packaging waste, but the primary group is group 20 as dedicated to municipal waste.
