France – Social work services – Mise en oeuvre des mesures d'accompagnement social personnalisé avec gestion financière des prestations sociales (MASP 2) sur la période 2027-2030

This framework agreement concerns the implementation of personalised social support measures with financial management of social benefits (MASP). The framework agreement will be executed through the issuance of purchase orders. The services are paid for by unit prices. The framework agreement aims to deliver a public service requiring adherence to the principles of the Republic, namely equality of users, secularism, and neutrality. The initial period is for 1 year, renewable 3 times. The framework agreement starts on 1 January 2027 or, if later, from the date of notification. The maximum annual amount is 250 000 euros (excl. VAT), or 1 000 000 euros (excl. VAT) in the event of effective renewals over the total duration.
